I still have no clue what my major role and responsibilities are here... But no worries! I will keep exploring! This is also my first job in Guangzhou. Everyone is great, but there’s a strange feeling I can’t quite put my finger on... My leader is girl called Music Zhong. She is a true workaholic who has impressed and inspired me with her strength and dedication! I want to become like her in the future!

I joined the CubeMars Robotics Division on October 8, 2022. Due to my outstanding work capabilities, I was promoted to the position of Marketing Director within one month of joining the company. Upon entering the company, I immediately began analyzing the areas where the company lacked expertise. I compelled myself to learn motor control knowledge and, for the benefit of the company, created a YouTube account. Two weeks into my learning process, I initiated the production of a series of motor control tutorial videos titled “From Zero to Hero.” I single-handedly managed the creation of video scripts, filming, editing, and account operation. This effort significantly enhanced the convenience for our customers. I really love my leaders and colleagues at CubeMars. I am the founder of the entire marketing department at CubeMars and the guiding force behind all marketing efforts! Together with my colleagues, we've achieved many impressive results! I’ve truly experienced the joy of transitioning from colleagues to friends.

This year, I founded my own company focused on TikTok commercialization. Initially targeting the overseas market, I registered Shanghai Miaurora Network Technology Co., Ltd. and became one of the first in Nanchang to explore TikTok monetization. Starting with cosmetics and art oil paintings, I built the Artbear account to 1 million followers and used my personal IP, @Randyspeaking, for UK market livestreams, generating an average daily turnover of £300. After gaining traction, I expanded with 12 employees, launched brands like TurtleMakeups and TurtleToys, and entered the US market. However, due to rapid expansion and operating losses, the company closed after shareholders withdrew funding.

I joined XDF in July 2021, just before the summer school session. With remarkable adaptability and efficiency, I completed the new teacher training and all demo class simulations ahead of schedule within two weeks. I successfully passed the final school interview. During the fall semester, my unique teaching style and methods tailored to the age group garnered appreciation from students and parents. This distinguished me among new teachers, allowing me to compete with experienced colleagues and ultimately achieve the impressive rank of fourth in the retention rate within the Qing Shan Lake district.Ultimately, due to the impact of the “double reduction” policy, I had no choice but to exit the stage of the classroom.
